First of all, it is essential to make sure that your teeth are in good health : a visit to the dentist is essential (as a reminder, once a year is a minimum) with descaling beforehand.

It was my case, I had visited my dentist very shortly before (I already told you about it here, I give a lot of care to my teeth when we have adult orthodontics we take it particularly care  ).

How does the Cristal White dental whitening kit work?

First, brush your teeth. Then we pass cleaning and purifying wipe on the teeth (the taste is minty, very pleasant). We bite into the gutter so that it takes the imprint of our teeth.
Then apply a little stain-activating product on the foam tip provided for this purpose and pass it over the teeth.

We fill the gutter with the whitening gel (it is a graduated syringe, it allows to know how much product to put) and we put the gutter on the teeth. We place the LED lamp as close to the teeth and let it act for about twenty minutes (for my part in front of a small TV series to pass the time). It's not the most glamorous moment in the world.

Afterward, rinse your mouth and gutter. It is imperative to avoid consuming drinks or foods that can color the teeth for at least 30 minutes after treatment.

For maximum results, the treatment should be carried out for 5 to 10 consecutive days.

If after the treatment we notice differences in coloring on the teeth, we use the Perfect White whitening pen thanks to the cheek retractor to remove stains locally, always for a period of 20 to 30 minutes.

The remineralizing gel is a real plus, it contains fluorides and calcium which strengthens the enamel in order to protect against cavities and dental sensitivity. It is advisable to take care after 5 uses, and outside the treatment once a week. The remineralizing gel is applied in the gutter and left to stand for 5 minutes.

The Cristal White dental whitening kit: my opinion

Satisfied? And yes, I really liked this dental whitening kit to do at home. It is very comprehensive and the results are there! For my part, my teeth were not too yellow at first, but have lost their luster over the years. So it's super nice to find your smile of yesteryear.

Here is a little before / after, I gained about 2/3 shades.

In terms of sensitivity, the very first time I felt little tingling that quickly passed. No more feeling like that afterward and no tooth sensitivity. I really appreciated that the products were sweet.

I particularly appreciated that the kit contains a remineralizing gel to take care of the teeth.

FYI, there are several kits depending on what you need: localized bleaching (kits with a pen) or for the entire surface of the teeth concerning kits with a gutter.

I highly recommend the BEST kit (which was elected for the 3rd time "Best home dental whitening kit of the year"), really complete.

So here is if you want a little sparkle on your teeth (I am thinking in particular of the bride and groom of this spring/summer) this kit is top-notch, I don't know its equivalent as complete.

INCOCO PRINT VARNISH

Varnished nails are great, what is less so for me is to spend a lot of time doing them, and for a manicure that does not exceed 3 days (yes, with base and topcoat).

I do not spare my hands too much, I like to tinker, to make music, and in addition my nails are fragile/porous and at the slightest shower the varnishes come off from my nails.

I leave from far enough therefore and I do not hide from you that most of the time it results in immense laziness to do my nails (while I have a large collection of rainbow varnish).

First, we pass a small wipe over the nails to degrease and ensure the adhesion of the patches.

The patches are stretchable, we take them off and then we put them on the nails (it is advisable to push back the cuticles beforehand in order to put them as close as possible and keep them as long as possible despite the regrowth). Then we fold the patch over the edge of the nail then we use the file to cut and polish everything.

At the very beginning, it is not so simple because once taken off from the protection, the patch is super thin (which is what makes the rendering very natural), but with a little training, it comes quickly. No particular concern to make the other hand whether you are left-handed or right-handed, as they are repositionable it is rather easy.
Once opened, do not delay in applying it otherwise the patch hardens in the air.
